4. CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

You can cancel your members account anytime. Upon successful cancellation, all your particulars will be removed from the system. All the websites created under your account will remain 100% as the property of SureProfitBootCamp.com. According to our money back guarantee, if the cancellation is completed within 8 weeks or 56 days, SureProfitBootCamp.com will give 100% refund to you. If the cancellation is completed after 8 weeks or 56 days, no refund will be given unless you can proof that you have followed the step by step instructions in the membership and are unable to make your first USD198 a month.

5. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold SureProfitBootCamp.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your membership.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

All websites co-owned by Members and SureProfitBootCamp.com will be online for a least 2 years. After which, if SureProfitBootCamp.com were to stop maintaining the websites, the Member will be given the option to take over the maintenance of the websites.

7. USE OF PRIVATE LABEL ARTICLES

You agree that you will only use the private label articles supplied in your membership solely for websites co-owned by you and SureProfitBootCamp.com. You understand that using these articles for other websites or other personal applications may result in copyright issues and you will be responsible for any consequences as a result.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You expressly understand and agree that:
